About Fields of Green For ALL
Fields of Green for ALL is South Africa’s first cannabis legalisation non-profit, founded by Julian Stobbs and Myrtle Clarke. Registered as a non-profit company since 2013, they believe that all people have a human and constitutional right to use, possess, cultivate, and trade in cannabis.
Their work spans strategic litigation, policy advocacy, harm reduction, and grassroots education. They played a direct role in the landmark 2018 Constitutional Court ruling that decriminalised private cannabis use in South Africa.
